Problem Statement

Problem Statement

Problem Statement

The existing chat-based therapy note interface was inefficient, lacked inclusivity, and was not scalable. It required up to 30 minutes to complete a therapy note, which significantly impacted the time therapists could spend with patients and detracted from the quality of care. Managing appointments, editing goals, conducting therapy sessions, and accessing comprehensive patient overviews were major pain points.
